Refund policy

At The Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

Return Window: You can return any item(s) within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and any customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at The Boutique with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your store wallet as store credit. This credit can be used for future purchases on our site. We do not offer refunds back to your original payment method. If you prefer to exchange your item(s), you can use the store credit towards the new purchase.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s).
